Job description
Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Director to lead finance and accounting transformation for multinational clients. You will design, implement, and optimize shared services and global delivery models, driving R2R, P2P, and O2C improvements with ERP, RPA, and AI-enabled processes.
You will advise CFOs and senior finance leaders, manage large-scale programs, mentor teams, and contribute thought leadership to develop intellectual property and market insights across the finance operations
