EY-Parthenon seeks a Director in Deals – Financial Diligence – Financial Services. You will guide buy-side and sell-side diligence, analyze historical data, and discuss forecasts with clients. Lead teams, deliver reports, and apply AI and analytics to enhance insights and efficiency.
You are expected to travel as needed, work in a hybrid model, and contribute to high-quality client service within EY’s global framework.
