Job description
EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Financial Services practice seeks a Director to manage buy-side and sell-side diligence for leading financial institutions and PE clients. You will analyze historical data, identify trends, and advise on value drivers throughout the diligence lifecycle.
You will partner with senior management, prepare reports, and coach teams while leveraging Alteryx, Power BI, and AI tools to enhance delivery and insights.
