Job description
EY-Parthenon is hiring a Director for Deals – Financial Diligence – Financial Services. You will lead diligence engagements with buy‑side and sell‑side teams, advising on value drivers and risk factors across multiple financial services sectors.
You will work with private equity and corporate clients on complex transactions, leveraging Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau and AI tools to drive insights while mentoring junior staff. The role supports a hybrid work model in major US locations.
