Job description
We are looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Los Angeles and serve as a strategic and operational thought leader. Reporting to the VP of FP&A and leveraging a small team of direct reports, the Director will work closely with both Finance and Agency senior leadership to provide crucial insights for the company's continued growth.

Requirements
6+ years of experience in FP&A (or other corporate finance), private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, with increasing responsibility and previous supervisory roles
Outstanding quantitative and organizational skills, work ethic, and attention to detail
Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and thriving under pressure
Highly self-motivated, a strong sense of intellectual curiosity, and an ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
Extensive experience and expertise in financial modeling
Outstanding quantitative and qualitative research skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to present and communicate analysis in a clear and structured manner, and at the Executive/Board level
Technical skills: Expert Excel & PowerPoint (mandatory); Microsoft Dynamics 365 (helpful); PowerBI (a plus)
Media & Entertainment expertise a plus
MBA/CPA/CFA a plus

Compensation: $172,000 - $228,000 /year USD
