Job description
Charles T Sitrin Health Care Center seeks an Adult Day Health Care Director to lead the ADHC program, supervise staff, and coordinate care with community partners. The role emphasizes ensuring care plans are followed, maintaining registrant census, and overseeing budget and QA activities.
He/she will act as a liaison to families, coordinate admissions, and promote the program to expand community referrals, while upholding ethical and compliance standards.
