Job description
CSL seeks a Director, Distribution and Logistics to lead global distribution of biotherapies, vaccines, and plasma‑derived products. You will design and optimize end‑to‑end logistics strategy, ensuring compliant, temperature‑controlled storage and transport that meets stringent regulatory and GDP requirements. Partner with manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to forecast demand, manage 3PLs, and improve service, cost, and reliability. Lead a high‑performing team, drive KPI‑based continuous improvement, and support global launches so life‑saving therapies reach patients safely and on time.
