Job description
Legora is building a compensation function to scale a fast-growing, globally distributed company. We seek a Director, Compensation to own day-to-day design and execution of programs—from benchmarking and job architecture to salary planning and equity strategy.
This high-visibility role partners with the VP of Rewards and shapes pay to attract, reward, and retain top talent worldwide. This is a builder role at Legora, with the chance to define compensation processes, governance, and analytics
