Vaco by Highspring seeks a Director of Equity Administration & Compensation to lead its equity programs across a global organization. You will design governance, implement scalable processes, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Tax to ensure compliant, auditable operations.
In this highly visible role you will manage the equity platform, collaborate on annual awards and disclosures, and build analytics for executives while maintaining robust controls and data integrity.
