Job description
Ladders in McLean, VA seeks a Director, Compensation - Equity Compensation to shape and oversee global equity and executive compensation programs. You’ll partner with finance, compensation, and senior leadership to design, administer, and communicate compensation plans that align with shareholder interests.
You will drive governance, analytics, and process improvements, including due diligence in acquisitions and data-driven insights for executives. Strong AI/tech skills preferred.
