Job description
Klaviyo is seeking a Director, Global Field Enablement to shape enablement strategy across the full GTM lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS to drive faster ramp, higher productivity, and stronger adoption of our sales methodologies.
You will own KPI frameworks, build scalable playbooks, and lead an empowered, globally distributed enablement team across regions, balancing central standards with regional autonomy.
