Job description
Teijin Automotive Technologies seeks a senior manufacturing leader to drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement across facilities. You will translate strategic objectives into measurable initiatives, develop capital plans, and partner with Finance and IT to ensure data integrity and accountability.
The role requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and deliver sustained cost savings and productivity gains in a Tier 1 automotive setting.
