Job description
NetApp is seeking a Director, Legal to support the Worldwide Partner and Marketing organizations. This role provides practical legal advice on partner programs, alliances, and marketing activities, drafting and negotiating related agreements.
It also leads a small U.S.-based legal team to scale processes and governance across global initiatives. The role collaborates with Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Finance, reporting to the VP, Field Legal.
