Job description

KBR, Inc. seeks a Director of Enterprise Quality Programs to lead the global quality management framework across domestic and international operations. You will set strategy, govern QMS, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-focused outcomes.

You will partner with executive leadership, manage enterprise-wide policies, and champion Lean/Six Sigma to elevate quality maturity across diverse contracts and geographies.
