Job description
Lam Research seeks a Director of Quality to lead global planning and operations quality within GOps. You will architect governance, accountability, and roles for GP&O quality in collaboration with function heads, driving ownership of quality across all GP&O functions.
You will build partnerships, mentor escalation processes, and implement cross-functional approaches to resolve systemic quality issues, while developing KPIs and aligning with GOps Quality goals.
