Job description
Rehlko, a global leader in energy resilience, seeks a Director – Global Shared Services to lead end-to-end HR and Finance shared services for a global manufacturing workforce. The role collaborates with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver KPI/SLAs and drive automation and cost efficiency across functions.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in global shared services, deep SAP R3 and RPA experience, and a proven record of strategic process optimization in multinational environments.
