Job description
UMC is seeking a Director of Business Development to own the sales function, lead a growing team, and drive revenue growth. The role includes prospecting, contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and risk management across aerospace, defense, medical, and space markets.
You will lead a cross-functional team, set pricing standards, and own the sales forecast while maintaining strong customer relationships and industry leadership. Onsite in Monticello, MN with regular travel.
