Job description
Ironclad, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Director, GTM Engineering & Systems Architecture to build agentic systems that run our revenue organization. This hands-on leadership role will guide GTM engineers, systems architects, and CRM developers while also building autonomous agents.
You’ll design and ship automation and AI agents that take over manual work today, and lead a world-class revenue tech stack with data warehouse, CRM, CPQ, and autonomous systems at the core.
