Director, GTM Enablement & Revenue Growth

Job description

Basis is seeking a Director of GTM Enablement to own how Basis sellers ramp, sell, and improve. You will set the strategy, own the ramp framework, coaching cadence, content system, and the measurement that ties it to revenue. Report to the Head of GTM AI Ops and scale the enablement team.

The role is based in NYC, in-office five days a week, collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive measurable revenue impact.
