Job description
Paessler AG seeks a Director of GTM Operations to own the revenue engine across direct and channel sales, and enablement. You will design territories, quotas, and forecasting, while building enablement programs that accelerate reps and partners in a fast-paced PE-backed environment.
You will craft analytics and dashboards, collaborate with Finance/HR on comp plans, and test hypotheses on levers that drive revenue growth with measurable impact.
