Position Summary: Sanctuary Wealth is seeking an entrepreneurial investment professional to lead and expand its Private Direct Investments platform. The Director will be responsible for evaluating, structuring, executing, and distributing differentiated private investment opportunities to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role will span private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital, infrastructure, structured investments, and other alternative asset classes.

This individual will serve as the strategic leader of the Private Direct Investments business, developing relationships with investment sponsors, issuers, developers, asset managers, family offices, and institutional partners while working closely with Sanctuary’s executive leadership and advisor network.

The successful candidate will go beyond traditional investment due diligence. He or she will help build the business by leading transactions, driving capital formation, expanding advisor adoption, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the financial performance of the platform. This is an opportunity for an investment professional who combines strong analytical and transaction capabilities with a commercial mindset and a passion for building businesses within the independent wealth management channel.

Create offering documents, private placement memoranda, subscription materials, data rooms, and investor diligence.

Manage transaction timelines, identify execution risks, and ensure appropriate regulatory and operational processes are followed.

Maintain high standards of investment, operational, and regulatory discipline throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Capital Formation & Advisor Distribution

Lead capital formation initiatives across Sanctuary’s national network of independent advisors.

Partner directly with advisors to identify appropriate opportunities for their high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Present investment opportunities through advisor meetings, webinars, conferences, regional meetings, and educational programs.

Develop investment presentations, executive summaries, financial analyses, educational materials, and investment commentary.

Communicate investment theses, transaction structures, potential risks, and return characteristics clearly to sophisticated advisors and investors.

Respond to advisor due diligence requests and provide timely, high-quality investment support.

Track investor engagement, commitments, capital placement, and pipeline activity.

Department Leadership & Financial Performance

Own and manage the financial performance of the Private Direct Investments business.

Develop revenue forecasts and monitor pipeline conversion, transaction activity, capital placement, and platform economics.
