Job description
Sentara Healthcare Inc. seeks a Director, Client Strategy to lead strategic engagement and growth initiatives across the large group segment. You will build credibility with clients, brokers, and executives while guiding a team to achieve Growth, Retention and Profitability goals.
You'll use performance indicators to forecast membership, budgets, and drive business development, traveling up to 25% within Virginia to meet customers and close opportunities.
