Job description
Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a small multi-unit healthcare dining account in Norton, VA. You will lead 30-35 associates, manage client relations, and ensure top-quality meals for patients and customers.
You will collaborate with the Chef and management to create menus, drive culinary programs, and oversee budgeting and P&L.
