Job description
Portage Point Partners is seeking a Director for Transaction Advisory Services in Healthcare & Life Sciences to drive diligence, structuring, and reporting across buy-side and sell-side engagements. You will lead engagements with PE sponsors, lenders and corporates, shaping value through healthcare-focused insights.
The role reports to the TAS Practice Line Leader and requires extensive healthcare deal experience, leadership, and strong communication with senior stakeholders.
