Job description
Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Director in its Healthcare Industry Group to lead end-to-end M&A engagements, including due diligence, integrations, and separations. You will guide interview efforts, data gathering, modeling, and delivery of insights for healthcare clients and private equity investors.
Responsibilities include developing hypotheses on value levers, rapidly analyzing financial data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, IT).
