Job description
Monarca Food Solutions seeks a dynamic Director of Hispanic Snacks Business Development to accelerate growth and distribution across the U.S. You will lead new business development, expand Hispanic retailer relationships, and build a robust distributor network with strong in-market execution.
The role requires 8+ years in business development or sales, a proven track record in multicultural markets, and deep knowledge of DSD and go-to-market models. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
