Job description
Whitney M. Young Jr. Health Center is seeking a Director for Community Prevention and Treatment Services to oversee HIV/AIDS, HCV, and related prevention/outreach programs across WYH.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage grant programs, and ensure integration of behavioral health with primary care within a patient-centered model.
