Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee pharmacy services for Home Infusion Pharmacy, including on-site operations in South Jordan, Utah. The role directs home IV infusions, enteral therapy, parenteral nutrition, and specialty infusions while aligning with system leaders to deliver high-quality care.
The position requires a PharmD or PharmD/B.S. in Pharmacy, state licensure, and residency or equivalent leadership experience.
