Job description
City of Rochester is seeking a Director of Business & Housing Development to lead the Bureau of Business and Housing Development, oversee program administration, policy development, resource allocation, and staff supervision.
The role directs housing, property, and neighborhood initiatives, and serves as a liaison with community groups, developers, and partner organizations under the Commissioner of NBD, while guiding budgeting and contract negotiations within the city’s strategic plans.
