Role Summary
We are looking for an accomplished Delivery Client Partner / Program Director with extensive experience in Finance & Accounting services, large-scale delivery management, client relationship management, and account growth .
The ideal candidate will combine strong delivery leadership with a farming and growth mindset , taking ownership of existing strategic client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio. This role requires someone who can operate at an executive level with clients while maintaining sufficient depth and attention to detail to drive successful delivery.
Experience supporting clients within Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCC, or related industries is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage senior-level relationships across strategic client accounts.
Serve as a trusted partner to client leadership, understanding business priorities and aligning delivery capabilities with client objectives.
Build long-term client relationships with ownership spanning delivery, customer satisfaction, account growth, and sales support .
Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and build a sustainable growth pipeline.
Partner with sales and solution teams to expand existing engagements and develop new opportunities.
Provide end-to-end leadership for complex, multi-location F&A programs and client portfolios.
Maintain accountability for delivery commitments, quality, governance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Lead globally distributed teams and ensure strong coordination across delivery locations.
Establish effective program governance, operational reviews, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
Demonstrate the ability to move between executive-level conversations and detailed delivery discussions when required.
Transition & Transformation
Lead or oversee large-scale transition and transformation programs involving global delivery teams.
Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
Partner with clients to identify transformation opportunities across Finance & Accounting operations.
Leverage technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI to improve process efficiency, automation, reporting, and business insights.
Support the adoption of AI and emerging technologies where there is a clear opportunity to improve business outcomes.
Commercial & Growth Ownership
Own or contribute to account financial performance, revenue growth, profitability, and pipeline development.
Develop account growth strategies and proactively identify opportunities within existing client relationships.
Support proposals, solution development, commercial discussions, and contract expansion.
Balance delivery excellence with commercial objectives to develop sustainable, long-term client partnerships.
Required Experience & Skills
18+ years of experience in F&A, business process services, consulting, IT-enabled services, or large-scale delivery leadership .
Strong Finance & Accounting domain knowledge. CA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent financial qualification/background is preferred.
Significant experience as a Delivery Client Partner, Client Partner, Account Delivery Executive, Program Director, or equivalent leadership role .
Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-million-dollar client portfolios .
Strong track record of farming and growing existing strategic accounts , rather than being focused exclusively on new-logo hunting.
Experience managing complex global programs with geographically distributed teams.
Strong transition, governance, stakeholder-management, and operational leadership capabilities.
Experience within Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCC, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
Understanding of F&A transformation, process automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
Exposure to Power Automate, Power BI, AI-enabled transformation, or comparable technologies is desirable.
Strong commercial orientation with the ability to create and manage an account growth pipeline.
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment and maintain a strong on-site/client engagement presence where required.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
