Job description
NRDC seeks a Director of HR Partners to lead the HR Partner team and collaborate closely with the PODEI leadership to align HR services with the organization’s strategic priorities. This role will guide talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation, DEI, and policy interpretation to drive business results.
