Job description
Year Up United seeks a Director, People Platforms to lead HR systems strategy and operations in partnership with Technology. You will own Workday and ADP Workforce Now, oversee integrations, data governance, security, and the system roadmap.
This hybrid, hands-on role requires collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors, plus the ability to translate business needs into scalable, org-wide solutions.
