Northwell Health is seeking a Director of HR Project Management to direct a portfolio of complex HR initiatives and enterprise priorities. You will lead a team, manage integration efforts around HR M&A, and partner with senior HR and business leaders to translate strategy into executable plans.

You will establish governance structures, drive execution discipline, and build cross-functional partnerships across HR and the broader enterprise to deliver measurable business value.
