Job description
Thea Energy, Inc. seeks a Director - HTS Magnet Engineering to lead the design, build, and test of HTS magnets for planar coil stellarators. You will own the magnet engineering roadmap end-to-end, manage engineering managers, and align efforts with company milestones.
