This is a highly visible leadership role that combines HR leadership, labor relations expertise, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across multiple locations.If you thrive in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment and have a passion for building strong teams, driving change, and partnering with leaders to achieve business goals, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll Do Serve as the senior HR leader supporting business operations and leadership teams Partner with leaders on talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development Coach and influence leaders at all levels on employee relations, performance management, and talent strategies Drive transformational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Develop and implement leadership development and employee engagement programs Support annual HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members while driving high-impact business outcomes Lead employee and labor relations strategies, including collective bargaining agreement administration and dispute resolutionWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Strong background as an HR Business Partner and people leader Exceptional coaching, employee relations, and organizational development skills Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization Experience in manufacturing, industrial, repair, transportation, or related environments preferred HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus Experience supporting unionized workforces and administering collective bargaining agreements will be helpfulWhy Join Us?At Union Tank Car Company, you'll have the opportunity to influence business strategy through people leadership, partner with an experienced executive team, and help shape a culture focused on safety, engagement, operational excellence, and growth.Ready to make a lasting impact?
