Job description
GEICO in Richardson, Texas is seeking a Director of IA Sales Incentive Compensation to lead the design, delivery and measurement of incentive programs for the IA channel. This role builds a rewards team and collaborates with product, finance and HR to drive productivity, engagement and compliance.
