Job description
ADP is seeking a Director to lead IAM Operations and Support in Roseland NJ and other locations. You will drive the IGA transformation, oversee lifecycle management, and ensure secure, compliant access across enterprise resources using SailPoint and ServiceNow.
You will partner with IT, security, HR, legal, and business leaders to design scalable IAM processes, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver measurable improvements in risk reduction and operational efficiency.
