Job description
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to oversee 1–4 programs, direct supports, planning, health care, and regulatory compliance. You will manage staff, conduct evaluations, and handle hiring decisions while ensuring high-quality services and on-call coverage as needed.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in Human Services, strong communication, organization, and compassionate leadership.
