You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver competitive, profitable solutions and play a critical part in advancing proposals that balance customer needs and long-term success.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Incentive Eligibility
Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

Lead the financial side of strategic deals, guiding cost modeling, pricing structures, and investment review presentations
Play a vital role in crafting compelling proposals that align pricing with client value and operational realities
Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Operations to align deal terms with financial and commercial priorities
Provide insights and recommendations that influence deal strategy, pricing accuracy, and approval readiness
Gain high visibility with executive stakeholders by delivering clear, data- informed financial narratives

What You’ll Bring
Commercial mindset with the ability to assess deals from both client and business perspectives, delivering value-aligned financial solutions
Analytical expertise with the ability to interpret complex financial, contractual, and operational data to inform pricing strategy

Requirements
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience: 7 years
Related Experience: 7 years
