Job description
Macy's is seeking a Director, In Store, to lead a team of People Leaders and drive strategy to achieve sales with a focus on Macy's customer. You will lead initiatives to increase customer loyalty, ensure a clean, organized shopping environment, and coach colleagues to deliver Macy's standards of service.
With training and development, you will grow your team and execute workload plans across pricing, signage, and visual merchandising while leading community outreach and events.
