Job description
GSK is looking for a Director of Performance (IC) and Engagement to lead the Incentive Compensation process and develop strong relationships with the sales force. Based in North Carolina, this role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
You will own the IC process while ensuring compliance and effectively communicating with various stakeholders. The position focuses on improving sales performance and embedding ViiV culture within the field teams.
