Job description
Incyte seeks a Director of Inclusion & Foundation to lead workplace inclusion and the philanthropy roadmap. You will align community engagement with corporate strategy, supervise grantmaking, and act as an external ambassador for Incyte’s social impact initiatives.
Reporting to the CHRO and VP HRBP, the role drives governance, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration across regions to strengthen workforce culture and community partnerships.
