Job description
Wesco International, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Director of Industrial Engineering to lead the design and optimization of distribution facilities, labor standards, and process design, with a strong emphasis on capacity, throughput, and space utilization across the network.
You will own labor standards governance, lead facility layouts, coordinate with IT/OPS, and mentor engineers while traveling up to 50% as required.
