Job description
ES Foundry Corp in Greenwood, SC seeks an Industrial Production Manager to lead the Industrial Engineering Division, coach leaders, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives. You will review production data, set performance expectations, and improve OEE, throughput and capacity to meet budgets.
The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of related experience, and hands-on leadership of a high-performing team in a manufacturing environment.
