Job Summary and Qualifications
The Director Infection Prevention serves as the facility's infection prevention officer and primary liaison between facility and division offices. The Director aligns the division's infection prevention strategic initiatives within the facility to provide a safe environment for all patients, colleagues, and visitors. The Director leads the development and sustainment of strong infection prevention and control programs across all buildings and outpatient services. The Director provides expert guidance and direction to ensure consistent, effective application of evidence-based practice and compliance with regulations.
What qualifications you will need:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or healthcare administration related field required
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as an infection prevention leader required
• License/Certifications: Certification in Infection Prevention required
