Job description
JetBlue Airways Corporation in New York seeks a Director Inflight Base Excellence to partner with the VP Inflight Experience and lead the six bases, ensuring consistent standards, service, crew engagement, and operational performance across the network.
The Director will oversee base leadership, translate strategy into field execution, develop leaders and crewmembers, and maintain a strong on-site presence with three days per week in bases, including during irregular operations.
