Digital Transformation Across Projects: Identify and implement innovative tools and workflows to enhance construction project delivery, team collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

IT Team Leadership: Direct and develop a performance-driven IT team aligned with business goals, ensuring clear accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic value delivery.

Risk & Compliance: Proactively manage cybersecurity, risk, and compliance efforts across systems. Oversee routine security audits and implement monitoring practices to safeguard company data and operations.

Vendor and Partner Relationships: Manage third-party providers and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure performance, reliability, and access to new technologies that provide real value to Wright-Ryan.

Budget & Finance: Develop and maintain the IT budget, aligning investments with strategic goals and optimizing resources for long-term impact and sustainability.
