Experience in medical devices; specific biomaterials exposure is a strong plus but not required
Comfortable operating with real ambiguity - this is a role being built in real time, not one with an established playbook
Around 8+ years of total career experience, ideally including some product development, portfolio management, or upstream marketing along the way
High energy, genuinely curious, and quick to find a path forward rather than a reason something can't be done
