Job description
Nealy Pierce is partnering with a growing, non-profit community hospital in Eastern North Carolina to recruit a Director, Inpatient Acute Care Services (RN).
This role offers oversight of a large inpatient division including:
85+ Med/Surg/PCU beds
155+ teammates
Established Nurse Manager and Clinical Coordinator support structure
Reports to a supportive and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer
The organization is seeking a visible, team-oriented nursing leader who enjoys mentoring frontline leaders, strengthening culture, and driving operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Active RN license State of North Carolina
BSN required (Master’s preferred)
5+ years acute care nursing experience
3+ years nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital
Strong inpatient leadership background preferred
