Job description
UC San Diego Health is hiring a Director of Inpatient Intra Operative Nursing to oversee inpatient OR units across Jacobs Medical Center and affiliated facilities. You will design nursing and administrative operations, manage staffing and budgets, and lead cross-functional programs to improve patient care.
The role requires a Master’s in Nursing with extensive perioperative leadership experience and a California RN license, in a collaborative academic medical center environment.
